Ro Barrett is a wide ranging vocalist, talented lead and acoustic guitarist, highly intuitive bassist and an accomplished piano player. Born with perfect pitch and deeply connected with music from an early age, it was inevitable that he would go on to record his own music one day and something he would always dream about when growing up. He started out gigging in his father's band as a bassist at 14 years old. In his 20's, while serving in the Royal Engineers in Germany, he earned his spurs performing on the Irish pub circuit as a singer/guitarist, and working alongside other bands and projects along the way.

Ro recorded his first album "Boredom Killer" in 2004 in Germany. Next was "Alter Ego" recorded at Parr Street Studios in 2013. The single "Looking for something" was recorded in one take late one night after a long recording session at Parr Street. Ro is currently working on his next album.

Away from his solo career, Ro is a working musician in studios and out on the road performing with bands around the UK and Europe. He is also an amateur racing driver and car fanatic, so if he isn't at a gig, you will be sure to find him near a race track...
